Mike Clifford is an Austin, TX based singer-songwriter whose music has been described as a cross between Texas honky-tonk and California country-rock. He has released 3 successful self-produced albums, charted 5 consecutive singles on the Texas Music Chart, and has been nominated for two Texas Music Awards. Hailing from the Appalachian foothills of Virginia, but a former resident of Baltimore, Los Angeles and Dallas, Mike Clifford’s music is truly the sum of his travels and influences which range from Johnny Cash to the Eagles to Rodney Crowell. Clifford is preparing to release his 4th CD “Backroads In Bare Feet”.
